I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very old fashioned but tastefully so, offering a comfortable stay. The service was really helpful and friendly, although not as polite as the room service attendants. The location was perfect for exploring Stockholm, within walking distance of many attractions. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was incredible, just steps away from the harbor and with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and had all the necessities, but they could use some modernization. The service was outstanding, especially with little touches like helping me with my stroller and being very friendly and courteous. The dining options were good overall, despite being a bit pricey for a family of four. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for money was great.
